Our office is in the Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center complex at 1405 Centerville Road. The offi ce is on the fourth floor in the newest section of the Professional Offi ce Building, suite 4400.

Parking is available in the parking garage. Follow the signs to the 1405 parking garage and the offi ce will be easily accessible to you. If you need further assistance into the building, ask someone in your party to come in to our office and we will provide a wheelchair.
